Summary: Everything was excellent until check-out. I departed at 04:35 and there was nobody available at the front desk to check me out and provide a receipt. I called out loud to get someones attention but there was nobody in the vici ity of the front desk to hear me.

Summary: Stay overall was good. Check in and check out was easy. “ breakfast” was a terrible joke. Packaged unhealthy processed sugar. Easily accessible fresh coffee/tea and water, would be a plus. The room was comfortable and clean, except we couldn’t turn off the AC in the room so had to cover it with the curtain so we didn’t freeze to death. Also, there is a very strong and unpleasant sewer smell outside your front doors. Might check into a gas leak or wherever your sewer systems /kitchen trash is seeping or leading into. Was awful to smell while waiting for our Uber ride. It was a convenient place to stay close enough to Midway airport and everywhere else we needed to be to visit family and friends. Thank you.

Summary: I arrived at 2:45, and was told there were no rooms available and it would be about a 30- 45-minute wait. Waiting in the lobby was loud and crowded. At 3:30 when I asked about the room, I was given a room on the sixth floor. Because they didn't have the room type I needed available. I requested a room on the lower level because my mother uses an oxygen concentrator. And she is also terrified of elevators. After going up to my room and the key not working, I was asked to wait another 20 minutes. I was then given a different room, now on the fourth floor. At this point it's hot, my mother is irritated and needs to plug her tank up, and we still have to get on the elevator. I was upset because I kept being told there wasn't any rooms available to meet my request. But another person in my family received a double room, twenty minutes after me, on the first floor. After getting into my room, there were visible stains on the bed cover, hair in the shower, and baby spiders in the bathroom. I was never told until checkout how to work the television either. All together a horrible experience for me and my mother.

Summary: Good and quiet stay!!this is our second time staying @ the Holiday Inn IHG. Me and my wife definitely like this establishment small suggestion our AC made some weird noises while on auto. Overall a good room 210

Summary: The curtains at the entrance gives the impression that it is not the front. Once you get in, the lobby is nice. Lax was very welcoming and checked me in quickly with a smile. The room smelled of cigarettes but you get used to it. The TV did not work. My room was not cleaned but the cleaners ledt me one new set of towels. I was told by a different front desk agent that room cleaning is upon request. I was not privvy to that so that's why my room didn't get cleaned. But if that's the case, why did they come in at all and leave towels? I did not request anything. My bed was squeeky. The pool was closed. The breakfast is a nice thought. Grab and go style was perfect. The mini store in these hotels are super convenient. Ample parking. Aside from the few issues, the room served its purpose.

Summary: The pool wasn’t working and the electricity went off. The keys kept getting deactivated even when not by a phone or other cards . No one cleaned my room for days
